    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Portal Flow ("the Service"), provided by Property Funnels ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Portal Flow is an AI-powered portal lead automation and qualification platform designed for real estate agencies in South Africa. The Service integrates with property portals (such as Property24 and Private Property) and communication platforms (such as WhatsApp) to automate lead engagement and qualification.

    3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
    • You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
    • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
    • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including transmitting any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

    4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

    The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

    All fees are stated in South African Rands (ZAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Property Funnels and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of South Africa and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Property Funnels.

    6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

    The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us (e.g., WhatsApp, Property24). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party services.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Property Funnels, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
